Large 2 Bed 2 Bath Central Manchester

The location to Piccadilly station was great. Having two bathrooms was a positive . We liked the big window in the lounge .

There were no wine glasses but we bought two. No instruction manuals for any appliances . Water was not hot for showers on the second morning. The fan in the main bathroom needed cleaned and potentially was a fire hazard .( our friend used to inspect properties to let out in Edinburgh ) There was mould above the lounge window . The floor in the lounge had old bottle marks on the floor. The bath was very slippy and was chipped. There was a dark mark on one the bedroom floors. The pillows were very lumpy and beds were poor quality .

The apartment‘s maintenance was not expected, e.g. the washing machine was not working at all, the bathroom curtain was moulded,the bed mattresses were too soft, got back pain next morning and the corridor was smelled.

Very close to station and everything central. Geese with 5 ducklings to observe 😍😂

Stank of weed below, safe floor to the point we could smell it on our clothes even when outside apartment.

excellent location near piccadilly station. 2 bathrooms. flat has all you need. managed by a company that were very communicative.

The location was amazing, really close to the station as well as the northern quarter.

The showers were constantly cold and the appliances were okay, the sofa had dirt patches on it and the heating didn't fully work.

The location was excellent. The apartment clean and pleasant. The view was nice.

The water for the shower was tepid at best and the sofa was not very comfortable. The heater in the second bedroom did not work and the lift only worked o the last day of our stay. If these faults could be rectified it would be a great place to stay.
