"Lovely family holiday"

9.0

Beautifully decorated and homely beach house. Our family had a lovely and relaxing stay. Very close to the beach and Felixstowe promenade.

It would have been helpful to have a little more clothes storage space in one of the twin rooms but otherwise great property and well equipped.

"Views, events, comfortable, clean and great owner communication."

10.0

Everything. Lovely house with lovely furnishings and sea view. Felt very homely.

The area to sit outside was on the back of the property and not facing the view or the sun. The decking was slippery when wet. But overall it made absolutely no difference to our enjoyment of the property or the area.

"Nice family visit"

9.0

It was a lovely location and a treat to all have a home-cooked breakfast together.

Broken kitchen chair had been put in cupboard so had to bring a stool down from a bedroom before eating. First job on arrival was clearing poop from garden, possibly cat/fox poop as I'm sure visitors would have cleared up. Small issues but you have asked the question!

"A great short stay by the seafront with friends."

10.0

After booking Felixstowe we had mixed reports of the area, mostly from people who live in Suffolk…but you know what it was great. It’s the perfect place for a short break. The house is lovely and in such a quiet spot, the beach is a stones throw away. We loved it, and the sun shone, which of course we won’t deny helps. The house is great if you also like a walk. We walked down, and all around the nature reserve, the biggest cargo ship in the world was in port, impressive. We also walked past the pier, and walked and walked. We only had a quick potter in town as this was a 2 night stay and the weather made the front a must. Fish and chips at the Regal were super, ice cream from Kelly’s on the front, yum … we didn’t need the car at all another plus for the location of the property.

"Superb."

10.0

What a find! Beautifully presented, immaculate house. The view from the house is stunning and all went well. Comms with owner before trip were very helpful and responsive. Kitchen well equipped. And dog friendly too! This is exactly what an excellent self-catering holiday home should be like. We will return!

Nothing except the previous minor comments about lack of bins/mirror in bathroom.
