Shower was not working properly, room was not clean. Bed was clean, staff were friendly

Room was very good and comfortable. The staff was also very cooperative and helpful during the stay they even made changes according to our wishes even which was requested in short notice.

Could have placed a waste bin extra in the room .

Aeroplane noise is close to the residence yu can’t open windows and have peaceful sleep .

Location was close to the airport and underground station. Provided towels. Can watch planes landing in detail. Provided parking. Cheap.

Missing most basic things one would expect: No Kettle No cups No TV No WiFi No place to hang towel and cloths in the bathroom apart from the small hand towel rail Bed for 3 people (1 double & 1 single), the fourth has to sleep on an inflatable bed Directly under flight path and planes were flying very low at that point, so only suitable for those who can tolerate the noise and planes which were flying from 6am-12am Walls very thin and able to hear people living next door Wash basin was tiny

Practical location as it's on the Piccadilly Line and only 500m from Hatton Cross station. Nice old Pub nearby.

The location to airport was good.

No internet, no tv, room wasnt ready or made. Side lamps had no bulbs in them. Plugs still had safety caps on them and the floor and shower was dirty.

Close to Airport

No towel in the rooms , toilet is too small can't even sit or take shower , too noisy all the time noise of planes windows closed still too noisy
