"Quiet during the evening, cute little spot for a quick stop over, loved the backyard etc."

We came in late and even then they were all amazing at making sure we got in and settled for the night.

The photo to the actual residence was painted different so I wasn’t sure if we were in the right place at night.

The location was poor. It was 50 feet below the planes taking off from Heathrow Airport.

The location was poor - a jet plane taking off every 4 minutes 50 feet above the room. I was handed keys to the guest door but the door wouldn't lock. I was told the planes would not continue however I was there for 30 minutes and a plane went overhead every 4 minutes. The fan in the bathroom had moss growing/hanging down from it. I have no faith in Booking.Com as there are no refunds. I had to pay for another hotel room. I am sorry to have to write this negative response as it is someone's business however travelling alone I did not appreciate the accommodation and! I had requested a quiet location!

Short distance to Twickenham for rugby Staff friendly

Noisy aeroplanes Area not great Had to ask for linen for sleepa couch No WiFi code on display Bathroom tiny Kettle had to stand of floor to be plugged in, getting paper cups to use. Other friends in unit got no tea/coffee making facilities Old soap left in shower £108 per room is overpaying

Too much dust Every 5 min aeroplane went over our head from 5.00 o’clock in the morning Nothing in the room Price should reduce to £10 for each person Breakfast is not include Soap bottle was broken We stay only 5 hours in room then we left
