Joy Island Maldives All Inclusive Resort

En fantastiskt fin ö och resort! Personalen ha hög servicenivå och är alltid vänliga och glada! Vår host Mo gjorde vår vistelse toppenfin! En destination att rekommendera!

Very nice all-inclusive resort. Good for families with kids- kids club, animation. Food in main restaurant is very good, it is also possible to pre-order food for kids (soup, naggers etc). A lot of evening activities (if you need it). We stayed in 2 rooms - beach suite with pool and family villas. Both accommodations were nice, it is very beautiful beach near the beach suite with pool (without snorkelling options ), but we also like the beach near family villas (nice for families with some places from snorkelling). Very nice and friendly staff!!! Great massage, nice spa zone.

All was good. May be timing to wait the buggy (if you need to go, for example, to water villas , you will possibly need buggy, especially during the daytime - it was very hot in March and it is difficult to walk throw resort without buggy ). Also it is necessary to understand that it is very good all inclusive resort for families/companies - like Turkey all inc hotels, but it seems not very suitable for couples who would like to spend the romantic hollliday without crowded restaurants and loud music in the evening. What else to say… may be the wine in all incl conception was not nice, prosecco was ok! Mosquitos (fumigator/repellents were necessary in March).

Learn, apply and repit, nonstop until achieved perfection in customer service. They pick you up and deposit at the airport so they keep good track of you. The distance of 40 min from airport ny speedboat is perfect and when you arrive to the island you can see the heavenly landscape. The rooms, specifically the lagoon with pool, you can see the construction is really solid. Impecable cleaned, cozy and spacious. Activities and beaches are on spot. Special mention to our main hoster Hilson who is in every single detail and more. His skills in coordinating all and giving us more and beyond, left us speechless. Impressive. Daniele as main man for the food part, delivers large variety and flavors from all over the world. Finally, our favorite weiters, Suzi, Richardl and Haam (sorry I mispel) are an inspiration for the new generations of young people in this sector, all around the world, serving with positive atitud and always ahead of the client s needs. All this talented staff is what makes it work. I ll miss you guys. Will be back asap. Take care.

Room was comfortable and kept spotless by the housekeeper Sunith. Overall we had a lovely time and all staff were lovely including those at the restaurant and I will mention the ones I remember like Zaatke, Hamid, Citra, and also in the childcare specially Sando (apologies to all for the spelling) and our host Andy. The play area is very well set up and excellent for a break from the sun and heat for the little ones. The beaches had nice soft white sand and the sea was great for swimming too. The room was comfortable - we have had better with also an indoor bathroom or part thereof but that’s a choice at booking.

All inclusive does not include any snacks in the course of the day except the tea at the designated time in the afternoon and also no snacks in the minibar- that can be annoying if you don’t feel like going to lunch.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A special thank you to our curator, Naseem, who supported us at every stage and made our experience smooth and truly enjoyable. His attention to detail and care made a big difference. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary two-day upgrade to a villa with a private pool — an unforgettable experience! The food was delicious and always fresh, with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the tours and snorkeling activities we booked — truly once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Overall, this trip gave us memories that will stay with us forever. We would definitely love to come back!
