The location of the apartment is right next to Pisa Tower

Automated checkin did not work but thankfully someone was exiting and we could get in the main door. The AC did not work the first night and after complaining they rectified it and it worked the second day but again did not work the third day. So there is a serious problem with AC which they need to fix. The fan provided is of no use as it throws very less air. The pillows are all worn out and caused us neck sprains. Other things were manageable.

We loved the location and it was nice and clean. The room was a good size. Overall we were happy with it. We liked the locked gate for entry to the property. This made us feel secure.

The aircon didn't cool the room even on the lowest setting. The bed above had a metal supporting bar across the top of the staircase. We banged our head on it a few times. Also the wooden guard was wobbly. I would not recommend for children to stay up there or adults that have mobility issues. The instructions to enter the apartment were a bit vague. It felt a bit like an escape room finding it. When asking for advice the landlord just resent the instructions. Not really helpful. It didn't feel personal. Other family members stayed elsewhere for less money and received a complimentary gift basket and advice on places to go etc. So feel this service would be a benefit for here.

Location was amazing, right next to Tower of Pisa

We had to figure out check-in, water and heat without guidance, would have been much better had someone met us.

The location was amazing. As soon as you got out of the house, you could see the tower that was not more than 2 minutes away walking. The place was super clean and it was well decorated. The owner of the house was very gentle and kind and was really fast answering any of our questions. We were four people and it was very comfortable. Photos are accurate.

I cannot say anything I had problems with. Everything was perfect and we did not have any issues.

Great place and would definitely stay again! The leaning tower is right in front of you when u leave the apartment, so Great location! Surrounded by restaurants and shops are steps away! Loved it here!
