The location was strategic, opposite to the Morning Bakery, other shops and restaurants, easy access to the convenience store and near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal (about 10 mins drive)

The toilet don't have lock door (just a sliding door), the fridge not function very well and they did not provide an extra pillow and blanket (for 3 person stays).

Property is ok. Cleanliness of the hotel need to maintain. Towel is broken , toilet is slippery and after 1 shower whole toilet like flooded. Bed cover all got blood stain and all. Very poor

Confortable room.. All facilities is good.. Worth it for money we spend.
