Dirty, it easy to wipe but they just don’t do it, windows cannot be locked because the handle is broken (see photos)

near to batam centre.

dirty, even the glass has a stained. when i ask the housekeeping to change my bedsheet he even come inside my room with sliper. i even ask him why are you wearing sliper in my room but he just ignore me 😃 toilet also so many stained. i dont even dare to use they glass cause the stained obvious.

Their location was strategic. Very near to halal food waroeng, indomaret, alfomart and also morning bakery restaurant. All by walking distance only. Staff very friendly, they send iron & hairdryer to our room as pee request. Price also affordable for our stayed which 4D3N

Nothing. Satisfied with all services and also safety at hotel. They change our towel everyday
