Really pleasant stay! Good value for the price. I recommend choosing a breakfast (paid separately), that consists of three very delicious hot dishes and other cold dishes.

The floor might be renewed but it was not a serious issue. The hotel is a bit distant from the city centre, especially in case of rain.

Location near Batam Ferry terminal.beside hotel got a lot eating house.

Really need to maintain hygiene and hotel facilities.Pillow and blanket really dirty.Hair dryer,Water kettle no supply.
