Great location. Very near to Batam ferry terminal and food shops.

The staffs are so amazing 😍🤩. They're friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and the rooms are very clean. Easy to find food and mart near the hotel. The shower is the best!! No doubt 👍👍👍

The hotel should provide kettles or hot water dispensers for the guests.

The male staff were excellent and always friendly, the hotel is located a bit far from the heart of Batam, but there are many places to eat local foods as well as fast food chains nearby. The place seems to have a very bad cockroach problem with cockroaches breeding and always in the room I was in. I was killing so many it got to the point I had to buy some spray to kill them as I saw them. I dealt with over 50 cockroaches and was woken up 2 times with a cockroach crawling over me, so the whole building needs to be shut down and the exterminators brought in. Breakfast was a total waste of money sadly, they serve 3 local types of food, rice, noodles, and some mixed meat dish that didn't look very appealing to me, as well as a selection of 2 types of fruit, so I had a banana and the dry toast with no butter and a smearing of jam along with my coffee and whitening powder. I did this once and went for breakfast elsewhere every other day. I found it difficult to sleep well because, the loudspeaker for the mosque nearby was doing their call to prayer between 4am and 4:30am everyday, so I was woken up every morning at 4am. I wouldn't return again due to my minimum standards I expect from a hotel, but some people may be ok with all the above, so it is everyone's choice and opinion, I just provide the feedback from my own experiences.
