Το μόνο που άξιζε ήταν η θέα του διαμερίσματος καθισμένοι βέβαια σε σπασμένες ή βρόμικες καρέκλες.... 😢

Καθυστέρηση 2,5 ωρών Πάρα μα πάρα πολύ βρομιά παντού... Απορώ γιατί ζητάτε αξιολόγηση από τη στιγμή που όλοι οι προηγούμενοι έχουν αναφέρει όλα τα μειονεκτήματα κι ωστόσο τίποτα δε έχει διορθωθεί... ίσα ίσα που έχουν γίνει χειρότερα.... δυστυχώς λόγω βιασύνης δε διάβασα τις κριτικές πριν κλείσω το διαμέρισμα

There is bus stop, nice cafes, bakery and (night) supermarkets close by. The code for the key was given and to retrieve it was straight forward. It was close to my family and that's why I chose it, but in end I had to stay somewhere else so it didn't matter. I would have trusted the other reviews if I had not booked and paid in advance. I cannot stress enough that not a single thing in the whole experience was good. We are horrified.

Starting it is a property that you pay in advance and if not cancellable. ABSOLUTE RED FLAG. Even if the reviews were outragous, they send you a pre-check in form to sign when we haven't even seen the aprtment that 'we receive it in pristine condition" that you have responibility if anything breaks. Next level scammery. I did not sign it of course, but imagibe THEIR AUDACITY. The moment you open the door the stench of alchol and sigarets was overpowering. We stayed one night, I report it to bookin.com and then moved out (the are uncountable other actually good choices with same money). PLUS: -There was not warm water and no directions how to open it. -Barely and culterly, old and dirty sofa, water damage in the celing, broken bathroom door. Stickers on doors and written stuff on furniture in the doors as if children live ther. Years old bottles of achocol in cupboards. Like an abadoned place. -Creepy locked room blocked by furniture we did not know about (see photos). -A USED SPIT OUT GUM IN THE BEDROOM (photo). The whole apartment looks the equivellent of a friend giving you their used aparment to crash there for free. The fact that this is a payed property on booking.com is ridiculous. We did not let the host company know as even if they wouldn't give our money back, they would try to put another unlucky guest the same days we had already paid. If all guests have such bad experiences the company has to accept defeat and let the apartment go. PS: After I was nice enough to pick their phone call and give my feedback even after their tries to gaslight me about my experience, then they put I was a 'no-show', so I cannot review here. Booking.com let me do it in the end, but doesn't take away the fact that this should be banned on the website after so many bad experiences.

Le savon. Notre adaptabilité.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h00. Le chauffe eau était coupé. Pas d'eau chaude le premier soir, sympa. Une serviette de bain était posée sur le sol du séjour car de l'eau coulait depuis le plafond. La fuite s'est dédoublée le lendemain. L'eau était coupée au lavabo de la salle de bain. Un lien avec la fuite du séjour car c'est un duplex? La porte de la salle de bain était cassée (dommage connu par Nilie depuis des mois). La machine à laver fuyait elle aussi. Pas d'étente à linge ni de fer à repasser. La baignoire est endommagée et le joint moisi. Télécommande de la télévision cassée, poignée d'une baie de la chambre cassée, stéréo cassée, aspirateur cassé, poignée de la poêle cassée et nous n'avons pas utilisé les climatiseurs. Il faut se glisser sous le lavabo des toilettes pour pouvoir s'y assoir. Couverts: 6 cuillères, une seule petite cuillère, 6 couteaux, 2 fourchettes et deux mini fourchettes. Lit bas de gamme pas très confortable. Eclairage très rude qui en plus clignote quand il le souhaite, c'est très inconfortable. Et le pompon, le bruit. Le séjour et la chambre donnent sur la rue Venesilou. Relativement petite rue mais très passante donc, avec les grecs qui adorent faire du bruit (scooter, moto, voiture), le bruit est infernal dans l'appartement. Même fenêtres fermées et volets baissés, on entend encore la rue malgré le 6eme étage. Voisins très bruyants également. Attention, Nilie Premium (???) Hospitality gère plusieurs appartements sur Thessalonqiue. Beaucoup de problèmes, qui ne sont jamais traités. La veille de notre départ, ils m'ont envoyé un mail espérant que mon séjour dans leur luxueux (gloups) appartement s'était bien passé. Et me demandaient de leur faire part de problèmes éventuellement rencontrés, mais surtout sans mettre une mauvaise note sur Booking. Ils traiteraient le problème immédiatement. Lisez les avis, vous verrez qu'ils ne traitent rien.

1.Μεγάλη δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ. 2. διαρροή αρκετού νερού στο μπάνιο μάλλον από το πλυντήριο. 3. πλημμελείς καθαριότητα. το κομπιούτερ της τηλεόρασης δεν λειτουργούσε. 4. δεν υπήρχε ένα χαρτί ενημέρωσης για την λειτουργία θέρμανσης , ίντερνετ κ.λ.π
