Ratni Ubud Villa

The pool and garden were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice and cozy and had what we needed. It was spacious, beautiful, and green.

It was not clean. It could've been cleaned better. The sheets and towels were stained, the floor was dirty, and the bed net had dead mosquitoes at the top. It is a relatively good location but the road there was super narrow; a small car barely fits. Breakfast was okay-ish. I expected it to be better. There were openings in the wall which let a lot of mosquitoes in but we had a bed net to protect us at night.

Property is well maintained and clean

Only thing is its little bit far but thats a choice you will like to be far from hustle and bustle to enjoy your vacation

Yuda, Darma and Aris were so amazing and so kind. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. The villa is beautiful and spacious, very well maintained and clean. I especially liked the hot and cold water dispenser which meant I didn’t need to worry about access to drinkable water.

Like many villas in ubud, it is a bit hard to get there with the small road but it was a minor issue. Because the bathroom is pseudo outdoor, bugs were able to get in, but not many because of the large curtain.

The villa was super clean, staff was fantastic especially Darma and Yuda were great. They made sure that we are safe and comforted from our landing to the villa and departure.

Aesthetics were on point. Cleanliness was there with heaps of welcome refreshments. I have to say the bedding was so comfortable that we did not even struggle a bit during our sleep.

Our stay at Villa Ratni was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The villa is incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and offer that special touch of luxury and coziness that makes all the difference. The pool was definitely one of the highlights! Absolutely wonderful, with crystal-clear water and perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day. The bathtub in the room was a real treat, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying the villa's ambiance. A special thank you to the staff who made our experience even more memorable. Yuda took great care of us with so much dedication and always with a smile. Arista also deserves recognition for being an exceptional guide. He took us on the most incredible tours and was always very attentive and kind, making every moment more special. If you are looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Bali, I definitely recommend Villa Ratni. A true paradise, with a wonderful team that made our stay perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful honeymoon. We would like to thank especially Agung and Yuda. They took special care of us from the moment we arrived at the hotel. They helped us with all our needs. Their boss is very lucky to have such good employees! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

It’s quite hard to get gojeks or grabs to the villa because there’s only a one way road access and a lot of drivers don’t like to drive down those kinds of roads, and the shower floor is stones, love the look of it but it’s not the most comfortable while trying to shower
