Ratni Ubud Villa

Very friendly staff, they were fast and was always there to help. Yuda, Gungde and Arista were also very welcoming throughout the whole stay and great hosts too. I would definitely recommend getting a taxi with them rather than getting your own, as they know their way around the area; I would stay there again

Yuda and Agung were amazing hosts – super helpful and always available. We could order everything directly through them. The villa has its own scooter rental and a trustworthy taxi driver for airport or harbor transfers. The pool area was beautiful and nicely decorated. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and lunch or dinner could also be ordered directly. Best hosts we met during our trip to Bali and Lombok – thank you Yuda and Agung for the warm welcome!

Host Yuda was very kind and courteous. He was very helpful when our motorbike broke down in Ubud city centre he came to help. Pool was lovely.

Location was not close need bikes or taxi to go to centre. Bathroom could be better.

A little bit far from Ubud center if your plan is to walk but you can use grab.

Everything was as expected or better, staff was super nice from the moment we booked online to the moment we left the property. They catered to our every need, although we only stayed for 2 nights but it felt so much more. The pool was amazing, clean, very big and well maintained. The location is very near the main road so everything is a walk away but the staff provided a scooter for us for a reasonable price. Shower and tub were perfect. Bed was conformable. We asked for a room clean the second day and everything was spotless within an hour. Shout-out to the staff ! You were amazing. Will definitely be back in the future.

A lot of geckos inside and outside the room, but this is out of control of the staff as the villa is in the center of nature. The outdoor kitchen setting is alsi affected so you might find spiders and insects in the cookware.

Yuda and Agung were our hosts and were amazing! The villa was peaceful and only a short drive from Ubud center and was a beautiful villa.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The breakfast service was excellent, and the butlers were incredibly attentive. The villa itself was peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Ratni Villa was fantastic. We stayed at the villa for a week, and were well provided for by Yuda, Agung and team. All the meals provided by the villa were amazing, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the room was very clean like the pictures. The team at Ratni were very quick to respond to any messages, and I would not hesitate to return to this lovely villa with their amazing team.

The only negative is the way to the villa is a one way road. I would recommend using the drivers organised by the villa or a local driver, as they will have more experience with the local roads.
