Perfect location! Great view of the ocean with access directly across the street. Downtown, with great restaurants, galleries and shopping is just a 2 minute drive. Fort Clinch is 1 mile away and was a pleasant surprise! The home was clean, well appointed with all the amenities you need.

Walls are a little thin and the children in opposite bungalow were very rowdy and up late. A sound machine for sleeping would have been nice.

Very clean and the beds super comfy. Looking out to the ocean across the street was so beautiful each morning. Kitchen beautiful with all new appliances and bathroom was very large.

Not sure how the thermostat worked for air and heat. Think it was all at set temperatures?
