The house was close to the beach and plenty of room for our family of 6.

I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be planning a longer stay in the future!

The fear in renting these properties is the responsiveness of the property when something may go wrong. When we arrived, our code did not work but it was one text and was taken care of in 5 minutes. The property itself was clean and very nice. Great access to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Downtown Fernandina Beach. Was never in a situation where we didn't know what we were responsible for and what was provided. Will definitely stay again.

What we didn't like was not under their control. We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. I really can't think of anything that was a negative during our stay.

The location, proximity to the beach, and the overall comfort of the condo was great! The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several meals. The bathroom was large and clean with great water pressure. TVs had multiple streaming options that were easy to navigate. Also, instructions for check in/washing clothes, etc were all easy to understand.

I wish there was outdoor seating or a deck.

THE PROPERTY WAS WONDERFUL AND WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN! RAY WAS AN ATTENTIVE HOST CHECKING ON US TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL. UPON OUR REQUEST,RAY ACCOMMODATED US WITH CHECKING IN EARLY! OUR FIRST TIME VISITING AMELIA ISLAND AN WE WILL CERTAINLY COME BACK AND STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Exceptionally clean, excellent location across from beach, washing machine and dryer

The access to the beach was perfect for us, especially when our 2 and 4 year old grandsons arrived. The apartment was the perfect size for us as well. I particularly appreciated the the washer and dryer.

The king mattress was a little hard.

Clean. Great beach access. Location. Manager was easy to communicate with. Beach towels and chairs provided. Dishwashing and washing machine pods were provided for a few loads. Shower did have some supplies, however they’re unmarked and we didn’t know what they were (2 were almost empty though). We brought our own so it was fine.

The condo (unit B) was great for two people. My teenage daughter and I spent a week there, and it was just the right size for us. I would not necessarily recommend this for a family though. The bed space is ample, but the casual seating would have been uncomfortable with just the coach and recliner. The couch was too firm, and I think that’s in part to it being a pull-out couch. I will echo other reviews that mention the temperature issue. It’s always better to be too cool compared to too hot. But the condo was almost always chilly. Luckily the bedrooms had nice blankets we used in the living room. I’ll also echo that you can hear the other people in the neighboring condo. Recent years we have always rented a house, but since it was just two of us this year we went with something smaller. I also would have liked to have had a small broom/pan or little vacuum cleaner. We tried to keep as much sand out as possible, but a little bit did get inside by the door. I would have been happy to clean it up since I like things tidy myself.
