Great setting with direct access to the beach across the street on a quiet section of the beach

Would have like a bureau to put clothes. But we just hung our clothes up.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Interior was nicely updated.

Could hear the other occupants above and next to us - talking, walking, dogs barking, etc - no insulation in the walls and flooring. Also, the photos shown online were misleading - they lumped all the photos together of all three units so we didn't realize which unit we were actually getting and paying for until we arrived.

It would have been perfect, but we could here neighbors if they made noise

Perfect location. We rented 2 units for a week. So nice when we arrived they had put up a Christmas tree for us. This also was immaculate. An extra kudos to the folks who work at keeping this place clean

No complaints

The house was literally across the street from the walkover to the the beach. This location was amazing for our morning walk with the dog. Dog was allowed on the beach which was amazing. {Must be on a leash at all times, not an issue for us}

The couch was quite uncomfortable. I did let the host know, he let us know he will be replacing it.

The property was conveniently located to Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. It was across the street from a beach access! Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We would recommend a stay here and would live to return someday.
