The location and property were great.

There were quite a few roaches which freaked the wife a little but I explained it happens near ocean properties. The master bedroom bed bangs against the wall just about every time you move.

I just wish the pictures were of each unit. Was confusing to know which one I was getting.

It was very clean and the location was great! Access to the beach was directly across the street which was awesome! The outside shower to wash all the sand off was great. The decor was nice. Loved the shutters on the windows. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Seating in the living room . It needs a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room so you don’t have to sit on the dining room chairs to watch tv or visit. The unit sleeps 6-8 counting the beds and futon. However, the only seating is the futon that seats three and then straight back dining room chairs which makes it difficult to gather and watch tv or discuss the events of the day. The confirmation and receipt should include the unit booked, for example, A, B, or C, instead of everyone receiving confirmation for Unit C.

The beach was just a short walk which was great! We took advantage of that just about everyday!

Need to replace towels, they were too dingy. We always bring ours because we have ran into this issue before. We cook breakfast while traveling and no longer use plastic. There weren’t any glass bowls or pitchers in the kitchen which is a big deal for the environment. Grill was down a lot of stairs so that was out! Too many stairs for my family. But that’s my fault. I should have asked.
