Nice modern apartment in Modena old town. Cosy and quiet. Parking nearby on public street for free with a card from the host.

- Location - It had 2 bedrooms - Efficient aircon - Good hairdryer - Host very helpful

- No washing machine even though advertised on booking.com - Code for entrance never received - stood outside in 36 degree heat for 15 mins trying to figure out how to get in. Rang host finally, who was very helpful - 2nd bedroom small & poky - Furniture in the apartment cheap, old & uncomfortable (including beds) - definitely not ‘luxury’ - No lift - beware if you have heavy suitcases as it’s on the 3rd floor

Très joli appartement, dans un très joli quartier, à 2 pas de la cathédrale. Les indications pour le parking étaient très claires.

Attention, 3ième étage sans ascenseur.

The apartment was easy to find and was exactly as the pictures show it. Francesco was a great host and showed up within 10 minutes after we sent a message about something we needed even though it was late at night. His communication throughout the whole booking and arrival process was outstanding.

Great place in the centre of Modena, very comfortable, very clean, smooth communication with the host. Parking voucher available. Good price / value ratio.

Convenient location, close to the city centre . Parking was Ok, I would not post it as location with parking. You have to walk couple streets to the property.
