Apartment not so clean, Owner never shows up and guide you with complicated explanations . Would not repeat de experience

Host Francesco was great to deal with and everything was made very easy for us. Clean and bright two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and excellent wifi. Bed was pleasantly firm and comfortable. Aircon in lounge room and bedrooms worked super well.

The water pressure in the shower isn't the best but it was manageable. And the couch in the living room was just OK.

Great location. Very clean. Very responsive host. Air conditioners in every room. Coffee pods provided. Paid parking space 5-10min away. Self check in, but no physical keys.

The apps for Netflix and Amazon weren’t logged in. The parking is a bit far away( although is paid by the host ) and the apartment is on the third floor so be aware if you have a lot of luggage.

Location was excellent; it was immensely practical to be able to use the provided parking voucher. Keyless access was easy. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Location was fantastic as far as proximity to the heart of Modena old town. Should mention that the apartment is near Francescana and not 'Next to' as titled, but only a couple of minutes wall away.

Some items needed refreshing, towels were hard and could use a replacement. Shower also needs some repair even though there are instructions on how to manage, this shouldn't be required. It also would have been nice to have a small coffee table in the living area and the couch while covered was peeling away.

Overall very nice

Great location in the heart of the city. The host gave us a ticket for free parking in the city centre, which was very nice.

The place needs a refresh. The walls are scuffed, and the furniture is worn. The cleanliness of the apartment is questionable. There are instructions for using the appliances taped to almost every wall. For example, in the bathroom: "If the shower tap sticks, just push it very gently." Perhaps instead of these instructions, it would have been better to fix the broken shower? The host communicates and sends all information in Italian. You need to use Google Translate to understand what the messages actually say. Many of the messages are just spam advertising additional services and activities.

No key, but a code was provided with 2 options for access.

Its a third floor apartment so lots of steps, not unexpected. We were also confused on the parking situation, the description made it seem like there was a garage, but it was just parking on a street a few blocks over. Once we figured that out it was always easy to find a spot and a short walk to apt.
