I loved how they kept their word they promised the room will be ready by 10 and wen we got there it was perfectly clean

"Bad experience."

Bad experience, we never even stayed, we got an immediate refund and left.

The front was rubble and building material. Huge water puddles. Bad area overall. And then after youve booked and arrive they want R1000 cash deposit in case of damages, which you'll get back on booking out.
