Place was clean and accommodating

I had the worst experience. They had me waiting outside the gate for more than an hour which was unsafe. Manager broke my original ID card while he was making a copy then he said I gave him like that when he came back. He made me pay extra for having visitors while I wasn't informed with having no visitors.
