Purtroppo i rumori provenienti dal condominio e quelli del mercato sottostante(che si è svolto il sabato mattina) iniziano molto presto e non mi hanno fatto riposare bene. La finestra seppur chiusa sembrava fosse aperta. Mi avrebbe fatto piacere trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo

BYLocation is quite central but more modern area. Metro and shops and market are few meters away. A lot of cafe and dinings in walking distance. Very good choice to access both bus/railway stations and do seightseeing. Host was very responsive to asks. The high floor so some of street noise is suppressed. That View to the Etna. Where was a bottle of wine in the fridge, coffee pods so all you might wish after the flight. Easy checkin and checkout. Good for longer stay provided you do not need to do much laundery.
The noise from market starting around 5.30 in the morning and onwards. For a light sleeper might be a pain. As a payback you have fresh seafoos, veggies every day. A bit noisy bed but for a single person could do.
PTLocation was really good, the apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Kitchen could have been better equipped - there are pots and pans, plates and baking trays but no sharp knives or chopping boards.
