Hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Basic necessities were not provided such as dental kit, All-out. Only one staff is available during night stay and he has very limited knowledge.

Location and cleanliness

Staff was rude, lacked basic amenities like kettle and hot water. Had to ask several times for soap and toiletries which I eventually bought all by myself. No phone inside room, have to come out to call the reception. They don't have a kitchen also, forget restaurant. Upon asking for things, the staff people started fighting. At one point I was even concerned for our safety. Had to cut short my trip because of the stupid hotel. Even raised issue with Booking.com but no response from the team.

3BHK was neatly maintained and rooms were spacious. All 3 bedrooms were equipped with AC and bathrooms. Car parking and lift service was helpful.

Everything was great!
