Poor service.

There was no breakfast. We need to pre-order them. It is a flat with 3 bedroom, hall and kitchen. Excellent choice for family/friends travelling in large groups. House was clean and new. Location is close to main road.

The checkout time was not mentioned while checking in and charged extra 700 for one hour delay.

Well maintenance homes and gently handling staff

First of all, I didn't expect the rooms to look exactly like they did in the pictures — but they truly did! Their maintenance is absolutely commendable. The complimentary breakfast they provided was also very good. When I first saw the property on Booking.com, I really liked it and went ahead with the booking. After that, I called the manager, and he informed me that I needed to pay half the amount (₹7,000) in advance via UPI. He also mentioned that if the payment wasn’t made within 24 hours, the booking would be canceled. I hesitated a bit since we didn’t receive any formal proof of payment. But something about the process felt trustworthy, so I decided to take a chance — and I’m so glad I did. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

I would like to bring to your attention that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell during my stay. I kindly request you to look into the matter and ensure appropriate cleaning or ventilation is carried out.

The apartments are very clean. The staff are great. Special shout out to Robin. The cleaning staff are available during the day and are very prompt when called. They provide a reasonable south Indian breakfast that is delivered to the room. Reasonable amount of parking - didn't have problems except for one day when I had to park on the street after arriving back after 11pm. Check in is at 12noon which is pretty good. The property is very close to the main road. We were about 24 and everyone enjoyed the convenience of staying together - one wouldn't have this comfort for family get together staying in a hotel.

Suggestions for improvement: The scheduled breakfast time of 9 to 930am is LATE. It was delayed beyond 930am for one of they days when I was there. If they can deliver the breakfast along with the coffee they give at around 8am, it will be very good. The kitchen is nice, but no cooktop provided possibly due to safety reasons. But, if they could provide a microwave and a kettle without having to ask it would be great. The bathroom quality is in line with what the property charges (don't expect a five star level bathroom - it is non-ac but with a hot water heater available to provide hot water 24/7). There are some stray dogs around so although I was at the very top, I did wake up a couple of times due to their incessant barking. Although the address was clear, google maps wouldn't take you from the main road if you are coming from certain directions - it forces you through very small roads.

Comfortable with ample space for our family group of 8. Good welcoming and helpful staff, (when you find them).

*Extra bed mattress provided, but no cot. Expected for us to sleep on floor. *Coffee/tea available only after 0800 am and breakfast after 0900. A kettle with coffee/tea/sugar will be great in room. *staffing at reception needs to be relooked at. Most of the time found a mobile number left on the desk. *Location- is a away from all local attractions
