Was convenient bed was comfortable good location

Toilet door in room 1 was temperamental and the shower head kept sliding down the frame other that was really please with everything else

Bed is a small double and didn’t have enough space for us both to be comfortable. Bed also very low. Fridge froze our food. Bathroom light broken.

Lovely, helpful staff. Excellent condition room, very clean. Really close to Britannia pier, could see the sea from our balcony. It really was just an excellent stay, I will 100% be returning, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else now! They even posted a phone that we left behind, which was really really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!!

The shower- it’s either cold or boiling hot! Wasn’t ideal for my young children. But that’s all! Everything else was perfect.

The property was really clean the room we had was very cosy had our own shower and toilet as well plus a fridge 😀😀

The location was perfect. Had two rooms under one booking and one room was extremely large and had a balcony which was lovely to look out on (didn’t stand on it as wasn’t sure it was safe).

Both rooms had odd smells, the room with the balcony was easier to air out but the other room was very stuffy, and if you tried to open the window there were pigeons right next to it. Tea and coffee facilities needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. One of the fans provided was full of dust so could not be used.
