Good location

This place has so much potential, which makes it even more disappointing. The location is fantastic – convenient, central, and close to everything you’d want to explore. But the condition of the property completely ruined the experience. It’s worse than a Motel 6. The walls are covered in peeling paint, the place reeked of an unbearable odor, and it was clear that no effort had been made to clean or maintain it. We tried to spend as little time there as possible because it was so unpleasant. See the attached photo for proof of the peeling paint and overall disrepair. It’s such a shame because with some basic maintenance, deep cleaning, and a little care, this could be a great place to stay. Until the host invests in fixing it up, I can’t recommend this property to anyone. It’s a waste of a great location, and you’re better off staying somewhere else – even a budget motel would be a step up.

everything is very convenient, only the staff at the entrance is very important and impudent. They communicate like a nonentity, they don’t explain anything until you understand what to do and where to go, it feels like I live every day in this hotel

Check in was a very unfriendly tedious experience, huge queues to check in and unfriendly security guards, unwelcoming.

I loved that it was right on the water, and that there are an available grocery store downstairs on the LL. You can also rent beach equipment there too! Beds were so comfortable. I felt very safe as a single mom with a child! Everyone keeps to themselves but are happy to help. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was sooo worth it! Impeccable veiw!

The umbrella for the beach was broke, the mini fridge was dirty, I think there was dust or mold in some corners. It looks like they need to renovate. Bathroom needs a little lift. Pool was not open when we went early April.
