Window view is amazing. Good price. First line to ocean. Sound insulation is good.

Interior looks not good. Everything are old. Elevators working bad. There is a lot of places with a not good smell. All of carpets need to replace.

Old room, towels old with stains, saw cockroaches, blankets and sheets were not cleaned well, windows were dirty, no ventilation in the bathroom, shower had no water pressure, barely any water

The view is beautiful . Beds were comfy . Location great. Beach only few steps away.

Very long unnecessary process of making copies and filling up pages with information already provided at the front desk. Valet parking is slow. You have to stay in line to wait for your car. Can not call in or step inside. Customer service is very poor. Room is in very bad shape. Way over due for updates. It is practically falling apart. There are construction materials and supplies in the kitchen. One room key - witch was very inconvenient.
