"Pleasant stay"

The view is spectacular. The room is good, super spacious and have a little fridge, microwave and another amenities like plates, spoons...

More light will be good and place to charge the phones. And there are not many outlets in the room.

I enjoyed the condo, the restaurant had amazing staff. And the valet parking people was friendly and professional.

My stay was wonderful. I only wish our room had a balcony.

"This was disappointing in many ways but the only good thing was the view."

The view from the room was fantastic and the walk to the beach was easy.

The room itself looks like there was water damage that wasn’t repaired correctly. There is mold in the vents in the bathroom. There’s mold and pink colored mildew or mold throughout the unit but especially in the bathroom. Bed frames were rotted out at the bottoms. Curtains had obvious mold on them.

Location and most of staff was amazing .

Building needs a lot of maintenance or update. Don't rent 710 apartment. Sucks!!! Everything is falling apart,nothing is working right. A/c leaking in middle of walkway,shower very little water, not hot water in kitchen sink, then the sink leaking nonstop. Not!!!! Horrible!!! 710 shouldn't be for rent Don't rent it or it should ne much cheaper !!! So dissatisfied

"Run down apartment"

Had a view of beach

Was changed from 10th floor with good view to 7th with an ok view. Room needed updating. Bathroon toilet roll holder missing. Hooks in bathroom broken off. No kitchen sink plug. Was told they would find one but didnt receive. Pillows verry soft. The whole apartments were very run down. No coffee or tea supplied. I have been in apartments before that supply coffee with coffee maker

"Condo #702 has beautiful ocean views."

the size of the condo was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. Luis, the condo manager for #702 was extremely attentive when we needed something.

It’s a bit outdated.

the location

I saw an roach crawl out of the sink. I didn’t stay a 2nd night. literally drove back to Fort Lauderdale. would never recommend this place to anyone.
