Tru By Hilton Rogers Bentonville

Location, staff & room was very nice. Appreciated the toiletries in shower & bathroom.

Disappointed there wasn't a small coffee pot in our room. & of course, I wish the insulation would've been better! We heard people in hallway late at night, almost like they were inside our room. Breakfast was lacking variety & the oatmeal was cold. Other items were "ok".

Great hotel that was recently built. The lobby has alot of nice lounging areas you can take advantage of. I also enjoyed having access to the gym at even 1am.

I had to move rooms due to a smoke detector issue, but that was the only thing.

Location was good, airport noise not bad. This locations was a but run down compared to other Tru hotels i have stayed in. Room was fairly clean, bed comfortable. Windows in the lobby/front door were filthy, clearly not cleaned for a long time. Breakfast was subpar. Husband threw away under cooked pancakes and sausage was also not cooked properly. Overall, bases on my previous Tru stays, the Rogers/Bentonville location was disappointing.
