Cleanliness

Front desk attendant was rude, un attentive and unprofessional, showed little care about my request and questions continue to be that way every time we walked through. Acted like we were doing him a favor by being there

"We came for a funeral, our stay was ok."

We missed having a microwave in our room. If we had known one was not available we might have stayed elsewhere.
