Beds were very hard and pillows were too smooshy. The walls and floors are VERY thin. We could hear people walking above us and could hear conversations in the adjoining room.

Location and cleanliness

My only grievance was that the rooms were not ready at the provided check in time. There was not an email or courtesy call to inform us of this, and we had an engagement that evening and would have adjusted accordingly had we k own we needed to look elsewhere to have a location to prepare. The lobby had other guests waiting and attempting to utilize the only two restrooms for the mirrors and changing rooms leaving no availability to actually use the facilities for their intended use. That being said, the room was sufficient for our overnight stay. Better communication would have been appreciated as we waited in the lobby for about an hour and a half.

The front desk people were exceptional!! The room was clean and comfortable!! Breakfast was good.
