Despertar do Sol by An Island Apart

Me encantaron las vistas desde la terraza con un buen tamaño para desayuno o cena. Fenomenal la limpieza y el tamaño de la casa. Muy útil la parte delantera de la casa para dejar el coche

Me impresionó al principio las rampas de subida a la casa, pero al final nos acostumbramos a la subida, muy común en todas la isla

Uma casa completa para nós, vista muito bonita , várias frutas frescas

Vista bellissima, posizione ottima. Struttura pulita e i proprietari oltre che accoglienti generosi, ci hanno fatto trovare frutta e altre comodità come olio, sale etc.

A házikó remek helyen van. Szép a teraszról a kilátás, látni a repteret is és a leszálló repülőket. Csendes utcában van, nekünk nem voltak zavaró zajok. Kicsit meredek az utca (Mint mindenhol Madeirán) és szűkös a parkoló is, de egy Seat Ibiza is elfér. Két terasz két fürdő, plusz egy másik WC, tágas terek. The cottage is in a great location. The view from the terrace is beautiful, you can see the airport and the planes landing. It is on a quiet street, we didn't have any disturbing noise. The street is a bit steep (Like everywhere in Madeira) and the parking is tight, but even a Seat Ibiza can fit in. Two terraces, two bathrooms, plus another toilet, spacious spaces.

A franciaágy már nagyon recseg. A teraszra jó lenne egy napernyő, vagy valamilyen árnyékolás. The double bed is really creaking. A parasol or some kind of shade would be nice for the terrace.

Super Location just outside Funchal, close to the main road to get around the Island. Amazing accommodation with 2 single beds and 1 double. Has 2 showers and with 3 bathrooms. All the cooking facilities you need and a great view to drink morning coffee and watch the sea or watch the planes land. Also has off road parking for 1 car. Comfy beds and super easy to find! Thanks for a great stay.

Super clean.Nice welcome gift of fruit n cookies. Great view of the Despertas islands and airport approach from a sunny large terrace where you can watch the aviation ballet of comings and goings. A large double and a twin bedroom and two showers. The one I tried had good pressure and temperature. Well equipped kitchen but no regular oven so don’t buy a pizza! Usual condiments and oil and vinegar available. So the accommodation gets a 9/10. One point deduction for a steep approach road from which you need to reverse into the front yard parking spot. Don’t get bigger than a Clio or Captur car and a rear reversing camera or companion to guide you in. Do it once and you will have the hang of it. Also there is a live music venue in town and the noise travels and they are strumming till after midnight. Close the doors and windows use ear plugs and if you go to bed early it shouldn’t be a problem. All that said the view is great, the house is super clean and the price/quality proposition is compelling. Go for it…👍😁
