Balne Mill Grove

We had 5 adults for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The house, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, seems relatively new and on entry we found it to be really well kitted out and exceptionally clean. The WiFi was easy to access and there are powerpoints aplenty. The kitchen/diner is spacious, the lounge even more so. We didn't get around to using the large TV, so I can't comment on the channels offered. The beds were not too soft, so I slept extremely well on both nights. Everyone else seemed to sleep well too. If you're staying a few days and have a car, there's an Aldi just 5 minutes away for food shopping. It would make a great base for a city break in Wakefield (15-20 minute walk into the city centre) with easy driving distance to places like the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and other local attractions.

Loved it all, no complaints whatsoever was like walking into a show home, everything was so clean and fresh - in think to date the very best accommodation I've stayed in and exceptional value for money

The place was extremely clean and homely. The location was great perfect for what we needed.

Couldn't fine a single thing

House was nice and clean and new

Ensuite had a foul smell when i arrived . Cleared after leaving the fan on for a while. Communication was poor could have been due to conflicting messages from booking.com .

Lovely house very clean Host Claire very informative. The only little niggle I have and that is there was no coasters to put hot drinks on and we used the mats from the the dining table in the kitchen

No coasters for drinks . Partner found coffee table a bit dangerous has its like a black square underneath then glass on top he thought he'd cleared passing the table but kept knocking into it at the end

Very clean, great standard and ideal location for work purposes.
