Leisure in Galle

Great family with wonderful hospitality. Bottled water, electric kettle, tea bags and laundry machine were helpful. Some restaurants were within walking distance. We really enjoyed talking with the family. As we were interested in the local life and culture, this was the perfect place.

Meget søde og gæstfrie værter , som forkælede os m snack og hjemmebag. God wifi. Både varmt vand og vaskemaskine ( hvis man har lyst/behov). I gå-afstand til Fortet og bus-/togstation.

Der er ikke myggenet, men ingen generende myg om natten.

The owner is good and he dropped us in Railway station by his car

Feclities are not enough .very small room uncomfortable bathroom because washing machine is inside

Big room with a kettle, toiletries and even a washing machine for longer stays. Only a 15 minute walk to the fort with some great local restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner.

We shared our bed with a lot of ants. Was an itchy night sleep.

Sin duda lo mejor es la atención y amabilidad de los dueños. Nos recibieron con un coco y nos explicaron muchas curiosidades. Es una habitación con baño privado independiente de la casa de los dueños aunque en la misma parcela, por lo que puedes tener cierta privacidad. Tenían un jardín muy bonito.

-No había mosquitera (aunque afortunadamente no hubo mosquitos). -El colchón era demasiado fino. -Aunque está tan solo a 15 minutos andando de Galle Fort o la estación, para llegar a esta zona, el camino se hacía un poco pesado porque tienes que ir esquivando el tráfico. -En general, lo que se ve a simple vista estaba limpio, pero una limpieza a fondo no le vendría nada mal.

The beautiful family! The way they welcomed us and the owner even picked us up from Galle bus station. The lady of the house house welcomed us with yummy tea and cookies. Everyone please trust these people for your stay in Galle.
