The Little House

Cosy little converted shed building, well laid out. Loved the fire in the room.

Was a bit cold on arrival, Memory foam mattress on bed, we didn't find overly comfortable

Very well equipped

Could’ve maybe used an extractor fan for when cooking

A lovely little house to stay in had everything you need for a enjoyable stay

Beautiful inside. Excellent TV and kitchen facilities. Able to keep room warm with the remote control fire. Great for walking routes on doorstep.

Parking out on road and then walk down wet, muddy track. Lack of hooks/places to dry towels

lovely location, good food at the pub, the accommodation was excellent, we didn't need to contact the owner as everything was explained well.

Easy access to property with keys in a lock box by front door, bed lovely an comfy facilities at property exellent, we arrived to find milk, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar, all utensills available for the kitchen, shower easy to use, great location, Fox & Hounds pub 5 mintute walk up the road with very freindly staff & food was good. Rachel always at the end of the phone if we had any issues, which was just one with the hot water which was easliy solved in minutes.

We had an issue with the hot water, a quick phone call to Rachel and we got it sorted in no time at all, just a quick flick of a switch and we had hot water again.

Nice rural location pubs nearby and good walks

Parking was quite far away. It wasn’t a problem but it would have been good to know beforehand

The little house was fabulous, lovely quiet location, perfect for either chilling/enjoying beautiful local walks. The little house was immaculately clean & tidy, nice little touches for e.g eggs & milk were left. Rachel the host is so accommodating, very helpful, nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend others to visit.
