facilities and mini fridge in room more than adequate for breakfast and drinks. nice little touches throughout the room. Don't be put off by single room nice Comfy double bed. Great value for money.

Decor was lovely, complimentary items were amazing. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The bed was a bit soft, so I was rolling into the middle!

The shower tray really has to be replaced as if you are in the shower for more then 3-5 mins it floods out and leaks into the living area unless you place a towel on the floor

Good breakfast with plenty of options. Coggeshall is a beautiful village with great bars, restaurants (particularly The Noble Goose).

Room quite small and very hot despite fan

Really quaint. Nice room. Bed a little hard. But all very nicely decorated

There was quite a drain smell coming from the bathroom

Located in a lovely village with small picturesque houses. I liked the room, the breakfast basket was nice and there are a couple of fine dinner options within walking distance.
