Did not hv breakfast due to paucity of time, but would hv liked if atleast tea & 2 break toast were served at 9 am as complimentary had no time to come for breakfast

Staff were very helpful, really liked the warm and jovial gesture of Santa Cruz hero of the facility.

One one floor rennovation was going, so in this case, they should not give rooms on that floor
