The Central Park

Mr Nainesh is really customer service oriented, he made the restaurant suggestions very easy and as per European taste. The room is very clean and you get bath essentials The swimming pool is very nice and you get a rooftop view from there

Last to last time I visited this place they serve bar snacks but this time there is no bar snacks.

Room interior

Very well appointed room. A place for everything. Generous open storage for large air baggage enabling easy access. Toiletries including toothbrush with paste and bar soap. Separate dedicated space for kettle unlike other hotels where it is on the table or drawer. Ledges that you can use for your tiny possessions like watches, rings, etc. Slippers ✔️ Good sized bathroom with excellent shower; and bonus was a space in the wall for your own toiletries, which most hotels don’t have. Swimming pool is small but nice

There was no safe/ locker. The room was not cleaned on day 2 until late evening despite having instructed housekeeping before we left at noon; and then took two reminders for someone to be sent in. No towels provided at the swimming pool; this was unexpected, so had to walk back to the room, causing inconvenience . Showers are a staircase down, causing some inconvenience but i wouldn’t rate it down for that. Room service Food is expensive.
