Nothing at all.

Very clean, well located and cosy place to stay, underfloor heating and little fire place are great and add charm to the place.

Parking could be an issue however we were lucky to find a parking straight away.

Such a lovely cosy place

Great little place to use as a base to explore West Cornwall with our dogs. Had everything we needed and appreciated tea and coffee and biscuits. Also some nice touches in the bathroom. Clean, comfortable and cosy.

Stayed here with my partner as an early valentines getaway visiting lands-end. Amazing property with everything you’d need, the underfloor heating downstairs was perfect keeping it warm, and the entire property was very cosy throughout the day and night. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious and the lounge area felt very homely. A very short walk from takeaways, shops and not far from the beach. Bed was comfy, sofa was comfy, TV worked perfectly and the added bonus of the outside courtyard was great! Would very highly recommend to anyone looking at staying here, you will not be disappointed. Hosts were great, arrival and entering the property was seamless, and the property is one of the best you will find.
