The Barn

The property was very clean and well presented. Good location.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Very well appointed and decorated with nice attention to detail. Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped inc good coffee machine. Cosy and welcoming. Hosts kept us v well informed and responded quickly to messages. Easy walk into St Just for pubs, cafes and shops, v close to the amazing Cape Cornwall and convenient to reach most places of interest nearby by car. We managed to park on the nearby street without problems.

The place is cosy but little. My husband is a big guy. The double bed was small (necessarily so to fit in the room) so not v comfortable for the 2 of us. Stairs are tricky and need attention to mount safely - would not recommend for anyone with mobility concerns

Exactly what we needed for the short stay

Found it slightly hard to find with Google maps taking us to the street behind. Parking was very limited

That it was detached! Great private outdoor space - courtyard. Fantastic shower. Layout and equipment very thought out. Very good lighting

Needs a more permanent handrail eg pig’s ear handrail rather than a rope handrail on the stairs. Bed a bit small but comfortable

The accommodation was exactly as described. The property location information provided was clear & easy to follow. The facilities were clean & fresh & the information folder provided was helpful & clear. While we were only there for 1 night, it is somewhere, if available, I would look to stay in again.
