Very specious in terms of kitchen and seating area. Generous provision of basic food items , coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam etc. Heating excellent.

Sound proofing poor. Could hear other residents even if they were just speaking in a normal voice

Advertised as a deluxe room, shows large bedroom and conservatory on photos, weren't even in house advertised, definitely not deluxe, could hardly swing a cat.
