"Overall my stay was pleasant despite the issues I described."

Ultimate location. The property is located in the center of the center. Almost everything remarkable is in walking distance. The overall condition of the facilities is ok.

With great location comes and the great noise. Buskers and other street performers, especially bagpipers, are playing all day until late in the night. On top of this drunk people shout all night long. However, this wasn't the biggest problem. For some reason all windows are sealed and it is not possible to open them even couple of inches and the air is stagnant and its overall quality is poor and also the mattress has dents and sags. When I tried to contact the property owner on their phone they didn't answer and didn't return the call. It seems they are reachable only via email.

"Wonderful house in a strategic position. One of the best place to stay in Edinburgh."

The position is really good and the house looks great and stylish. Specially the big bedroom and the living room.

The house is wonderful and with many conformts. With the restyling of the bathroom (specially considering the house quality level) and a better internet connection it would be a perfect place to stay for guests/tourists. For bigger groups of guests, 2 pairs of keys would be more useful.
