Cosy n Central Rotorua 2BR Entire House & Studio -summer only

Location, handy to everything. Plenty of space. Great for just one night or two. Good back yard for dog but not fully fenced

Neighbor's dog barking throughout the night. Steps into the house a bit iffy.. blind in bedroom wouldn't close.

Ranch slider had a 2inch floor to ceiling gap. Because it was a very wet and windy 2 days the draught thru that gap was severe and we had to stuff towels in it to stop the draught. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Most importantly the steps at the rear of the house were very dangerous (slippery). The censor lights didn't work and getting up and down the steps at night in the rain was a nightmare. A hand rail is definitely needed. The venetian blind above the bed in the left bedroom took a lot of manovoring to close and certainly didnt keep out the light.

The house was clean and comfortable

The house needing airing as it did have a small musty smell but I suspect that it had been closed up and not aired for a while. The house itself was very clean and tidy and we had a great stay.
