Living area was spacious

Dishes dirty, no instructions to turn on stove, heating or hot water,no wifi, bedrooms 2,3 definately only for children ,smelt of smoke

Living room was spacious.

There was no wifi, so communication was quite difficult. Some requests of the owner we found exagerated, for example to take off bedding. There was also some smell in the living room.

The site was very quiet and had lovely views, laundrette available. The shower was great. It was a good location.

The Caravan had a few issues, nothing major. All easily remedied. Needs new loo seat, stained! One of the mattresses needs replaced, had spike poking through, vent under seat fell off, mat in kitchen heavily stained.

Caravan was clean and comfortable

Someone entered the caravan when we were out and when questioned about it got very defensive, we knew as soon as we came in that a certain appliance had been moved, this was a huge invasion of our privacy as we were not contacted about this prior to it happening, when I contacted the owner to ask for a refund as we were not happy about the situation I was then accused of trying to blackmail them and told 'good luck' with my complaint, I have lodged a official complaint with booking.com about this as the owners attitude is appalling and i would not recommend anyone staying here if you value your privacy.....
