Not a criticism as much for us as no kids but thought may be worth mentioning there are a few areas of carpet where we felt floor tacs but again not a bad review just something that may be worth checking out

It is amazing how much room was inside the caravan. Several rooms to choose from. Beds are fairly small, no issue for me or my daugther, but my partner took some getting used to it. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room. A small bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, both rooms tiny but gives the flexibility to use them in parallel. The caravan is at the back of the site, far off the main road and therefore pleasantly quiet at night. Great view towards the Firth of Forth.

Clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom.

Maybe needs a teapot and a bread knife, but apart from that fairly well-equipped.

The cot provided was not up to standard No coffee maker of any kind A cafetière or filter cone would have been good Using the toaster tripped the switch - it would have been good to know where the trip switch was.

Location and views were lovely, nice quiet area.

The caravan didn't seem clean, a glass was left under my child's bed. Left over shampoo/conditioner etc and food left in fridge. There was a funny smell throughout the caravan during our whole visit. Things were broken.. a blind fell on my child's head in the bathroom, looks like it had just been placed back on and not screwed in. I'm sure a bit of maintenance and better cleaning the place would be lovely.

Big spacious caravan with 3 bedrooms and all the things u need for your stay. Owner very good communicator. Lovely beaches around the area too

No wifi available, fridge took a while to cool all as it was off and it was not clean properly , u are asked to take bedding before u leave which i think shud be part of what u pay when u stay there

stayed here before this was our 2nd time , would stay again nice and peaceful
