"Owner refused the confirmation on arrival day - Demanded direct booking"

At the point of arrival owner refuse to confirm the booking as he was opinion that I should have directly booked with them instead of Booking.com. It was midnight and was difficult to find another hotel at new city.

Room was pathetic without any ventilation toilet was tiny and without any ventilation it was smelling of of sewage no mater how much room freshner was used by the owner Never stay there it is unhygienic and street is very congested cab driver refused to enter.

"Pleasant"

Stay was fine and sunil, who was owner was approachable for any asks.

Stay was good however locality was not so great in terms of accessibility to any food outlets, it was quite difficult to find the decent restaurants nearby. And stay was close to railway track , It was quite annoying to fall asleep because of disturbance.
