"Worst experience till date with booking.com as a genius customer travelling all around the world."

The location Spacious room.

No wash basin inside or vicinity of the washroom. No garden view. No toilet paper, no bathtub. No garden. No electric kettle. No Dining area,sitting area or front desk. No TV,forget about flat screen. No Wi-Fi. No mosquito net. No carpet. All were promised while booking but hadn't had any of the above. Unusual check out time at 9 am instead of 12 noon normally with booking.com. Rapid mood swing of the owner.

They dont allow us to check in...and said over the phone...we tried to reach you...but you don't pick the phone....and we alloted your booked room to their existing staying customer...when we had a booking and already mentioned our expected arrival time...then property should wait until mentioned check in time...we lost our 2 hours to find another properties in bhubaneshwars 40 degree heat...worst experience....never book from booking.com Even we don't have booking.com customer care number
