Luxury stay at Pravuprasad Homestay near Bhubaneswar Airport and Railway Station

There's no hotel/restaurants available nearby.

Room was at third floor with stairs. Being a Senior Citizens There was no lift. It was very hard, bad and disappointed me to carry luggage to third floor through stairs.

Host was very friendly, informative and helpful.. Helped us in arranging cab to visit various places. Room was very clean and good for a one night stay. Beautiful decor outside.

1) Host needs to specify that there are no lifts in the description. We had to carry our heavy bag by ourselves to 2nd floor. If we were made aware we would have requested for rooms in ground floor. 2) Fresh towels to be provided. The towel in the room did not seem fresh. 3) Used soap in the room. Request host to keep body wash or fresh soaps for new guests 4) Considering its summer, the room was quite hot when we came in at afternoon and it took around half an hour for the room to cool down after air con was switched on. 5) Kitchen was okish.. not spacious, no chairs. 6) Room overly decorated

The host Mr. Sunil does his best to help the visitor.

The host needs to manage bookings better. It was not pleasant to stay in a bare bones room for the first night since they were Overbooked!

It's a quite comfortable stay with all the basic amenities provided. The property is also close to the main tourist attractions in Bhubaneshwar. The owner is very helpful.

Worst behaviour from the hotel management.. we booked a room for 27th March night and when we were about to check in, they told no rooms were available. We went in search of hotels by 10 pm and finally landed at ginger inn at 11 30.. so upset and very worst behaviour

Sunil is the best guest I've found in India till now. He is very kind and humble. The place is really nice. I felt there like a home. The location is one more extra, many places are very near.

If I could have the chance to choose I think a fridge is missing just for a long staying.
