Mella Hotel Manila near NAIA Airport

1. Food was good inside dining area; 2. Bartender was very good! 3. Staff friendly and courteous; 4. Shower was aways hot; 5. Location was decent; lots of walking distance food/drink amenities; 5. We *really* liked that the A/C was not blowing directly on us while in bed, which minimized getting sick; 6. Checkout was fast and uncomplicated!

1. Room keys did not work on multiple occasions requiring engineer assistance; 2. TV was small inside room w/King bed and the remote was extremely complicated to use; 3. Room service food was okay but cold by the time received; 4. Nothing to do with hotel directly but the nearest mall not good at all... Recommend paying extra to go to MOA;

This hotel is gorgeous and the staff were excellent. The check-in was so smooth. We do love the spacious rooms and the beds were comfy. Their breakfast selection is so delish and generous as if you're having lunch! We enjoyed the Filipino and Western breakfast options. We highly recommend this hotel and we're glad that we had a great time here with our friends.

The smell of the carpet in the hallway is horrible, there are molds in the bathroom. There were leakage in the window due to the rain.
