Romance in Leicester City Center

Please include clear instructions in advance of the booking as to how to pick up key e.g. you need a door code, you need to bring photo id to get in the building. It is not OK that I had to rely on phoning the contact number for instructions on arrival.

Me and my partner loved this apartment which I had booked as a surprise for him. The location was spot on, only a couple minute walk from the main shopping area/town centre. Room decoration was very detailed and looked fabulous, especially in the bedroom. Thank you

I liked the presentation of the property, lovely detail and the receptionist was great.

I wasn’t happy how with the balcony there was no key to lock the balcony which is a risk of safety so there was always an open entrance to the property if someone wanted to, I would recommend they leave some cleaning products for guests just basic air freshers and anti bac wipes/ spray

We loved our weekend away, the bedroom decor is very romantic and calming

I book this for night away and when I got too the reception. The woman said “you booked the romance room?” Yes I did around 1 o’clock on the day I was staying there. She said they was already people in there and they had no more rooms. I’m having to wait for refund I didn’t even stay there. So service so far was awful.
